Attorney-at-Law of the Universidad Anáhuac, he read a Masters degree in Public Administration from the same university. In public service, he held posts in Mexico City’s Attorney-General Office, the Federal Attorney-General for Labour Office and the Ministry of Health. Mr. Calva has ample experience in labour matters, both individual and collective, as well as in corporate and contractual counseling. Additionally, he is an Official Authorised Mediator of Mexico City’s High Court, as well as founding member of the National Collegiate Body of Private Mediators.
